These are then fed through a process line, where our trained team dismantles each mattress into 19 component parts.

Pocket springs are put through our patented pocket spring recycling machine. The process automatically separates springs into steel and polypropylene waste streams in just 2.5 minutes, leaving recyclable components behind.
